Jasc Software Paint Shop Pro is also affected by the same problem, they
released a patch to fix it. Are you saying that Microsoft has bought Jask
Software??
This problem is not new. In fact, there were lots of programs that "hide"
information inside images. This virus hide itself inside the image and runs
when the image is loaded by a program. The simple the program (like
Microsft's paint) the less affected it is, the more power and complicated
the program is (like Paint Shop Pro, Microsoft Photo Editor, etc) the more
likely it is to be affected.

The good news is that most evil doers out there are after Microsoft, but
imagine to were they would turn if Microsoft is put out of business :)
I say, "Long Live Microsoft", as long they exist, Good Open Source and Free
Software is free from virus and alike :D
