Import the logs into access or sql on daily/weekly/monthly basis (depending on how you have setup the logging to start each new log file) Then write your own analyzer, splitting strings...and you can link to excel to do pivot tables...and some cool analysis stuff.

We do not wish to pay the huge rip-off price of Web Trends and are looking for an inexpensive and easy to set up log analyzer with unlimited number of servers. WebLog Expert looked like a good choice at first but it keeps on reprocessing the log files all the time, unless we remove them from the folder. No Fast Trends-like feature yet apparently. What would you recommend for less than a $100? A log analyzer which also parses the query string would be great but we can live without this feature.
