Are you sure permissions to execute the scripts are set? Just a
thought!

You might try this:
1) go into IIS Management Console
2) Go to properties of your site
3) Click on "Home Directory" tab
4) Click the "Remove" button next to Apllication name
5) Click the "Create" button which has taken it's place.

Tried this, didn't help

What service pack is the machine on?
Did you re-service pack the machine once IIS was installed?

SP1 is installed, and was installed when he got the machine. It was
also
reinstalled the other day. From what I've been hearing, I'm leery of
recommending he install SP2.

Is there something else we could try? There has to be a way to get this
to
work.

Diane
