I think she should totally take the computer apart, clean it with WD-40, and then reassemble it with entirely new parts, (new washers, shocks, pistons, rods, and hard drive) then reload windows for workgroups 3.1. That should take care of the problem. :-)

Tried this, didn't help What service pack is the machine on? Did you re-service pack the machine once IIS was installed? SP1 is installed, and was installed when he got the machine. It was also reinstalled the other day. From what I've been hearing, I'm leery of recommending he install SP2. Is there something else we could try? There has to be a way to get this to work.
