How about including the error page as an attachment and sending it to

I think she should totally take the computer apart, clean it with WD-40,
and then reassemble it with entirely new parts, (new washers, shocks,
pistons, rods, and hard drive) then reload windows for workgroups 3.1.
That should take care of the problem.  :-)
