The cost seems high for a service that gets little "business." We are considering setting up an internal hotline along the lines of Colorado State University's. Before we go ahead with it, I have a couple questions for you: Do you have any empirical evidence that would indicate that hotline reporters would mistrust the anonymity provided through an internal hotline, and therefore, be less likely to report?
