I may not have been clear, a delinquent policy for me is the three years plus one, so four years since the last review/effective date.

Ruth, We do not have a strict review cycle right now so I am interested in this as well. Currently it depends on the content of the policy. Some policies have language that has not needed to change in years and other policies where the language changes annually. Recently, we had a flurry of emails re: review cycles. At UTMB Health in Galveston, we send out a request for review every three years (well, specifically at two years and nine months). A little over a year ago, I started reporting on policies that were outside of their triennial review cycle. I consider a policy that is one year outside of its review cycle to be delinquent. I am wondering if all y'all have similar parameters and if so, what percentage of your policies are outside of your review particular review cycle. We are currently at 14%.
