At utmbHealth in Galveston, our schools, just last year, decided to only have
on line bulletins and catalogues. I think they may have decided to have at
least one set that was a physical version for audit purposes, but I was assured
that there is no regulatory criteria to have physical versions. There was no
pushback, it was an easy transition.

Subject: [acupa-l] Eliminating Hardcopies

Hi Everyone,
We are thinking about doing away with the hardcopy version of our Employee
Handbook. I am interested in how your school was able to make a smooth
transition to having a printed copy to one that is solely online. We currently
have both, but the hardcopy is rarely used. I'm most interested in how you
ensure new employees are made aware of important policies.

Thank you in advance!
Rachel
