Hi, Ann -

last year, the University of Scranton formalized a piloted policy on
Alternative Work Scheduling for staff, which addresses some of the topics you
are interested in. The policy is available on our HR web site,
http://www.scranton.edu/hr/employment/alternativeworkschedule.shtml

Thanks to all those who've responded already!

I've already had a couple people ask me to share any information I receive
off-list, so perhaps it would be a good idea to respond to my request on-list.
Thanks again!

We’ve tried to integrate work-life issues across policies (e.g. parental leave
in the Paid Leave Programs policy, addressing family/relationship violence in
the last revision of the Workplace and Family and Relationship Violence policy,
providing resources that addresses family issues in the Disaster Preparedness
and University State of Emergency policy, etc.), but here is one that addresses
flexible work, and also HR’s work-life website:

Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi all - I'm doing some research into different WorkLife-related and/or
family-friendly policies at colleges and universities. Do you have any examples
you could share? Thanks!

Ann
