Hi, Rachel,

Cornell would not create a university policy merely dictating compliance with a
law, unless a policy were required by the law. Instructions on how university
community members comply with law are usually maintained on unit websites.

Subject: [acupa-l] ACA Policies

Good Morning,

Our HR department has sent me a policy draft showing Wake Tech is in compliance
with the next stages of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). It seems like a lot of
unnecessary information and I'm not even sure we need a policy that shows how
we are in compliance with the ACA. It seems like they could just revise our
policy on healthcare benefits. I'm still in the research stage of this and was
wondering if any other colleges already have something similar to this that
they would be willing to share.

Thanks in advance,
Rachel
