Hi Rachel, ODU has no plans for a policy related to the ACA. The compliance requirements would only apply to specific departments on campus and would not apply globally to the University (which is one of the requirements we have put in place for a University level policy).

It seems like a lot of unnecessary information and I'm not even sure we need a policy that shows how we are in compliance with the ACA. It seems like they could just revise our policy on healthcare benefits.
