Hi Eliza- At Indiana University, we use a homegrown online database registration for our programs involving children policy, but have been looking around at how to improve it. We looked at MachForm which may be worth considering, but we would like some additional functionality like pulling contacts to create email lists and other ways of generating reports and follow-up. So I feel like we have a ways to go and would also like to know if there's anything promising out there.

We are moving from paper registration (Excel submission via email) for all minors programs and camps to an online registration system. We are in the process of developing software requirements, talking to peer institutions and learning about what is being used. Our goal is to have a new system in place in April. We've seen some home grown systems that are very impressive, but they could be more than we need. Is anyone using out of the box software that maybe you have customized?
