Eliza,
UT Austin started a comprehensive Youth Protection Program last year which also
requires registration for camps with minors. The program director, Keshia
Williams, found a software program developed by another university she says is
very good. She's trying to arrange for licensing for our use.

When I'm back in the office next week, I will ask her to follow up with you.
She may have more insight about the features.

Good morning.

We are moving from paper registration (Excel submission via email) for all
minors programs and camps to an online registration system. We are in the
process of developing software requirements, talking to peer institutions and
learning about what is being used. Our goal is to have a new system in place
in April.

We've seen some home grown systems that are very impressive, but they could be
more than we need. Is anyone using out of the box software that maybe you have
customized? We would even be interested to know about software that hasn't
worked and why.

Thank you in advance.
