I had a discussion this morning with a colleague from Equal Opportunity Services. They are trying to determine if a policy on bystander intervention (which is a student initiative here) is feasible. My initial stance is that I don't immediately see this as a stand-alone policy topic, but rather something that can be addressed in a Code of Ethics policy. Anyone tackled this one yet?
