Heather:

We have such an initiative here around Title IX/VAWA/Campus SaVE act, and there
isn't any discussion (yet) about a policy on it.

Subject: [acupa-l] Bystander intervention - policy or not

Good morning,

I hope this message finds everyone well and enjoying the beginning of Fall.

I had a discussion this morning with a colleague from Equal Opportunity
Services. They are trying to determine if a policy on bystander intervention
(which is a student initiative here) is feasible. My initial stance is that I
don't immediately see this as a stand-alone policy topic, but rather something
that can be addressed in a Code of Ethics policy.

Anyone tackled this one yet?

Best,
Heather
