Good afternoon, We are in the early stages of developing a policy with respect to senior academic administrators to supplement the basic employment policy that includes those positions. The new policy will articulate the employment terms and conditions that are unique to those positions and will include items such as faculty appointments and return to rank following senior academic administration appointments, support for research, and administrative leave.
