Here are my answers to your questions.

·        Job Title - Officially, my job classification just changed to
Administrative Consultant/Analyst 2 (exciting, isn't it).  Our HR
department just finished a job classification study which relabeled
everything.  My working title is Director, University Policy Program .

·        Job Description see attached (FYI, I haven't updated it in a
couple of years).  I'm also attaching the HR description for my type of
classification.

·        Number of Years in Position 37 years with the University; 8 years
in this position

·        Salary Range  This classification has a wide salary range for FY16
- $70,800 - $141,600

·        Percentage of Time Spent on Policy - ~80%

·        Percentage of Time Spent on Other Duties (please specify) Specify
the duties?  I'm often on projects.  I'm currently running a search for the
Director of our Sponsored Financial Reporting area, and finishing up phase
two of three on the redesign of our delegations of authority system and
data.  I'm a manager of 1.5 FTE, and I assist my director as needed.  I'm
also quite involved with the ACUPA Board and Events Planning Committee.

·        Additional Information You See Pertinent Policy scope might be
useful.  My office is responsible for all administrative policies, which is
the level just below our Board of Regents.  The vast majority of the 192
policies (plus around 800 related documents) are applicable system-wide.
We are also responsible for the forms library and the contracts library.
We're in the process of bringing in the Crookston campus-specific policies
into our site which should occur over the next two months, and the Provost
has asked us to house the college constitutions, so we'll be the official
repository for those.
