Hi, Bob - The University of Illinois has a policy, Conducting Business Outside the State of Illinois<https://www.obfs.uillinois.edu/bfpp/section-1-business-financial-administration/section-1-8> that outlines the steps units are required to follow if they have employees who need to work outside of Illinois. This policy also includes links to other relevant University polices.

Hi, Does anyone have a policy on university employees assigned to or working from locations abroad? There are labor law, tax law and many other issues associated with employing expatriates or foreign nationals outside of the US. All I can seem to find are policies on employing foreign nationals in the US, which is not what I'm after. Thanks! Bob _________________________________________________________ Robert Schur, JD Exec.
