Good morning!

I am looking for policies regarding the award of bonuses and/or salary 
increases for additional skills/knowledge/award of degrees.

Additionally, if anyone can share how they differentiate a certification from a 
licensure for the purposes of salary increases and bonuses, that would be 
immensely helpful!
