Ann,

The procedures that supplement our “policy on policies” include language for
withdrawing policies and standards and the approvals required for such. See
sections I.F and II.E here:

Subject: [acupa-l] Rescinding Policies

Hi all - Do any of you have examples of your procedures or related policies for
rescinding or retiring a policy. We have a policy right now that has been
superseded by a recent revision to our Board policies, and is no longer needed.
Unfortunately, I have no official policy/procedure in place to do so.

Thanks very much,
ann
