We recently had an analysis of our entire system conducted to evaluate what
type of records we were maintaining and for how long (and in what format --
electronic, paper, etc).

Likewise, our State Library, Archives and Public Records has convened a
subcommittee of higher ed institutions in the state of Arizona to review
the Higher Education Retention Schedules -- so the format and record types
may likely change.
