Members of the mssms list are running SCCM on VM without problems, and getting
support from MS when needed. The main issue on running it successfully is the
size of the operation - it's apparently fine for smaller companies. A big part
of that is the SQL usage.

Subject: Microsoft SCCM 2007 Running In Virtual

Quick question: Is anyone out there running SCCM 2007 on virtual servers
running within ESX (VMware) or within Hyper-V? Technically, Microsoft will only
support SCCM if it's on it's own physical server - but I just want validation
that someone out there is running it within a virtual space.

  Thanks.
