Check out VTC (http://www.vtc.com/operating.htm). I had an account with them for about 6 months and found it very helpful. They use a video format for training. You can start and stop the video as you follow along on your own computer. They charge $30 per month with access to a wide variety of operating systems and applications training. When you have what you need you just stop paying. I was satisfied enough with them to sign up again when I need training that they have available.

I don't know much more about administering an active directory than how to create users, change passwords, etc. Basically the same sort of things you were able to do in an NT Domain. I am looking at doing some more advanced stuff such as enabling roaming profiles, etc, but I have no idea how to set that stuff up. Where can I find tutorials on stuff like that? ~ NEW: CounterSpy Enterprise: Centralized Antispyware - #1 in eWEEK Test! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/product.cfm?id=400> ~ ~ NEW: CounterSpy Enterprise: Centralized Antispyware - #1 in eWEEK Test! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/product.cfm?id=400> ~
