This is a guy who changed the IP address on our Citrix Access Gateway as a "test" on our busiest day of the week. Kinda wreaked a bit of havoc with our remote users. He is also very proud of the Active Directory "he" designed, even though i spent 24 hours pulling it to pieces and putting my own structure in after he'd finished.
