Like I said, I've done it for years without a problem, with archive
files.  If you're worried, or have problems, have the logon script copy
the network .pst from the users home drive to C:  & have the logoff
script copy it back.   Or create a batch file to launch outlook that
does the same.  Don't be afraid to get creative.
