Why not use pfbackup.exe from Microsoft to copy the .pst file to a network location. I've set it up to backup after 1 use of Outlook. Let outlook use the .pst in the default location and once outlook exits the pfbackup makes a copy of the .pst file to another location.

If you’re worried, or have problems, have the logon script copy the network .pst from the users home drive to C: & have the logoff script copy it back. Or create a batch file to launch outlook that does the same.
