I think that we had agreed the last round to other changes (to promote
geographic representation, for example) but I don't know if that revision
ever saw the light of day.
Amending the by-laws is some that the future BoD is going to tackle. All
that Bill is trying to do is get some feedback for this future board to
consider (so no flame wars about LPI, mmm'kay :).
