  In my opinion, existing groups should fullfil one mandate and different 
mandates should be filled by different groups.  There is nothing saying 
that only one group can exist, or that having everything centralized will 
make anything easier.


  I agree with your sentiment, but belive it is more able to be 
accomplished with a Free Software Foundation in Canada.  I don't believe 
it is appropriate to de-rail what a "Linux Users Exchange" can do for 
LUG's by having too much of a focus on "Free Software".
