First thing is to ensure your clip is in V2 track or higher. Transparency
isn't available in V1a or b. Then use the opacity rubber band to provide
whatever level of "see through" you want.

Dear All,

I am a new member in this group and beginner in Adobe
Premiere (Video Editing Software).

I have problem when using Adobe Premiere 6.5.

How to make NTSC Clip transparancy in Adobe Premiere ?
I can insert the clip but cannot make the clip
transparant. After preview, the result is blank.

I am looking forward to hearing from you all. Thanks.
