Are the Photos too big to view in Photoshop or are
they too big for you to use elsewhere ?
If they're too big to view in PS, you can select the
Zoom icon on the tool bar and hold the Alt key and
left click your mouse to zoom out.
If the image size is what you need to change
Image>Image Size.
