I am using premier 6.0
I need to edit a project for a guy who's material is on vhs and sony
handycam hi 8 tapes
I am using a sony dcr-c330 mini dvd handycam as a passthrough device
and an s video connection to the pass through device
the video comes through beautifully but i get no sound
Can any of you please help me resolve this ??????

I know this might sound insulting, but I have to "say the words"...
What is your connection schema regardind the audio inputs and outputs?
The composite video I/O or S-video I/O do not carry any audio
information whatsoever.
