This may sound stupid, but every time I've seen CC here in the US, it's
basically picture in picture or text in the lower third. Both of which
you can do easily with AP. Well, time consuming if using AP's Titler.

Or do you need to include the user option where they can turn it on and
off?

  Subject: Closed caption software

I need some help, recently just got a project that is required to have
closed caption encoded, so, does anyone know if premiere pro can do
that
or I need to get software like Ccaption-dv? If Premiere can do it, how
does one do that within? Searched all over the forum at adobe.com and
can't find the answer :( Thanks in advance
