You can export the images as JPG or TIF's if you have PP. Depending on the
pixel aspect ratio you may have to modify the images. I had to do one for a
client and I was able to bring 800x600 images into Premiere. In fact some
images I just able to crop to fit the 4:3 screen. I used the same transitions
as the original PP and exported it out as DVD.
The problem I had was that the client had asked for, and wanted the DVD for
computer playback, after it was complete they decided they wanted it for
standard TV playback.
My gamut specs for computer playback were 0-255 for brightness, contrast and
stauration. Specs for TV are ~ 17 - 235, so if I corrected the images for TV
they looked washed out on a computer monitor. hmmm?
