Lee, just a thought, burn another copy of the same one you sent to your
client, and play it on your dvd player to see if it works (with audio)
if it does, see if the dvd player screen say anything 'dolby' or
'stereo' or 'mpeg' it would give you the answer you need without much
hassle with the computer settings.
If that doesn't show much, test the dvd on separate dvd player to see if
it works... Lastly find out what type of dvd player the client is using
(desktop, stand alone, etc) :)
