Files are never really deleted on a PC. The name is just changed in
the directory so you (your computer) thinks they are gone. Eventually,
they would be eventually written over but for most people that would
be months or years. That's because the files are laid down around the
hard disk (theoretically in a circle) until they get back to that
space which eventually writes a new file over it. That's how the FBI
catches so many crooks. The crooks think they've d files are still
sitting on the computer. Their computer just doesn't recognize them
anymore because the names were changed. (actually their directory
names.) Anyhow, a file recovery program should be able to recover it
for you. I think Norton makes one. Also, many techs specialize in
file/program recovery. Good luck, Mark
