Amit,

80G is very small to be working on a feature, and 80 minutes definitely 
qualifies.

Uncompressed 80 minutes of movie is going to be large.

If you cannot acquire a bigger drive, then you'll have to do all your 
compression in Premiere and then NOT allow Encore to recompress.

Basically, compress as little as possible while still keeping the finished 
movie under 4G in size.  Try the different presets in Premiere, starting with 
the highest quality for DVD.
