I too am experiencing the exact same problem. It's very frustrating since Premiere Pro 2.0 is capable of light duty DVD authoring, however I can't seem to have chapter points stick. They work in the preview mode but once I burn a DVD and try to play it elsewhere (set-top player or PC), the chapter points are gone.
Any help/advice/suggestion/solution would be greatly appreciated.
