Roger, the latest version of Pro now includes the Ultra 2 keying
application acquired when Adobe purchased Serious Magic. And it keys DV
like a charm. Hopefully Adobe has maintained, or even expanded on the
export options, which are already considerable. I've been exploring Flash
for a couple of months now, for video delivery, and some of that video is
transparent overlay thanks to greenscreen, my old Premiere 6.5, Ultra 2 and
a couple of Flash building apps.

Here's a sample I finished earlier today. The overlay is destined for a
different spot on the web site, so don't bother trying to start the player
he gestures at, but it should give you an idea of what's possible for one
guy with patience and the right tools.

The player on the main page is also Flash and all of the content was shot
on greenscreen in miniDV.

Is it just me or is it VERY difficult to do chroma key in Premiere?

I am still experimenting with lighting and stuff, but I am getting major
blocks around the subject.
I'm using miniDV.... does the DV compression hinder the process? does
anyone get good results in that format?
