Hi Taky: I'd like to compound your question even more. Other than Blu-Ray and DVD-HD, how are people getting HDV material on a HD-TV?
I'm shooting and editing in Hi-Def; but I've yet been able to get the true HD experience on TV. So far what I've concluded is that I need to create an AVI or MOV film in 1080 resolution and then hookup my computer to the HD-TV and use it to display the video. What are the rest of you doing to get HD on TV?? Is it possible? Or is it necessary? Does the output looks better on HDTV that way? Thanks for any input.
