I am already using Ulead DVD Workshop 2 for DVD authoring. Trying to use Encore for BluRay.

However it is a very good DVD authoring program that lets the user do what he wants instead of forcing you into certain preset things. Especially interesting is the feature (also available as a $15 standalone program) called ReAspect that does non-uniform resizing of images for backgrounds to minimize distortion when scrunching 4:3 images to 16:9.
