That's a big file, no doubt! I know that none of my e-mail services
could send a file that large.
Have you tried a web service like You Send It? It might cost a couple
of bucks to do it at that size, I think they have a size limit of
100mb for free downloads.
You could also see if the person you need to get it to would have an
ftp site you could upload it to.
Finally, you could also recreate the file at a lower bitrate if
lowering the image quality isn't an issue.
