You have basically two reasons for rendering
1. For preview (hit Enter). You do this to be able to see how your
effects etc will look
like if your computer is not powerful enough to play the timeline
unrendered.
2. To create a file of your movie which can be used to burn a BR or DVD
etc. This process
is called "exporting" by Adobe. (File>Export.........)
I was under the impression that you have problems with 2.
If you have problems when rendering for preview make sure that your work
area bar is
extended over the full length of the video. Premiere will only render
what is under that bar
(at the top of the timeline window). Just a thought.
Let us know which option gives you problems.
