Have to agree with you as far as 3D goes.
Not up to standard.
The camera itself is great, large sensor. You can add e type lens to it.
Compared it with a Sony 20x zoom, the Panasonic 12x was better. It fits my 
needs
Future Shop has a sale on with 3D lens compares to $100 over camera without 
3D
So I will use the camera, The 3D lens will just be a toy to play with.
