Sorry - in my ignorance I have no idea how a Betacam would be different from
any other tape or how it would look different from any other tape going in
reverse. Sorry, I am not aware of what it would take for PP to replicate it,
either. It sounds rather unusual to me since I can't relate to "is used all
the time.", but hopefully someone will point you to an effect.

Thanks to all for your suggestions.

I am already aware of the "Reverse Speed" function. My only specific
requirement is that it look like a tape in reverse (essentially a Betacam
deck without dynamic tracking) with the field lines apparent. This
convention is used all the time in broadcast TV and I thought there might be
an on-board effect with PP 5.5.

Any plug-ins? David suggested digieffects Damage.
