I think you will find that this is not the best Group to join for 
guidance about Premiere Elements. I would suggest that you might be 
better off joining something like the AmateurVideoEditing  Yahoogroup.
However, even there you will be extremely fortunate to find anyone with 
the time and typing ability to 'tutor' you on how to get started, in 
writing. If the HELP files of the program don't solve your problems your 
best bet might be to use Skype to chat to someone who can give you some 
hints verbally. Skype also has a handy 'screen share' facility which can 
be very useful in these situations.

I am aware also that there is a (non Yahoo) forum devoted to the 
'Elements' programs (Photoshop and Premiere) and you might look out for 
that.

Premiere Elements 10 is due out shortly.
