Skype is an online video chat system. It's available for many operating systems
on personal computers and mobile phones and devices. For Android, rather than
create a Skype program from scratch, Skype bought Qik Video then changed it to
work with Skype. Skype is also available for iPhone, mainly because Face Time
only works over WiFi.
