Sorry if I wasn't clear. I'm looking for a 1920x1080 display on a
1920x1200 screen that uses letterbox above and below to keep the
video in its proper perspective. Most video viewers like VLC Media
Player or Windows Media Player do this in full screen mode: they keep
the correct aspect ratio, but expand to fill the screen as much as
possible using that ratio.
With 1920x1080, that would be 1920 wide (the full width of the
screen) by 1080 high (60-pixel letterbox above and below).
