I have a 1500 watt UPS. Hooked up to it I have my main tower and 2 large LCD's,
my test tower and 1 small LCD, my NAS, my external HD's, and last my router.
Plus an outlet strip on the bench for when I am working on stuff.

Most of the time it's not all going at the same time but still I want what ever
I might be doing to be covered. Lots of planned wiring under the table going on.

I got a refurbished 1500 Tripp Lite for about $125. Can't go wrong name brand
and good price. It's been operational for over a year now.

I ran a few tests when I first got it and was pleased. With everything running
I still had 15 mins or better ( i forget) to shut down. If I'm only running one
tower it can last much longer.

You can even plug in a small LED light for an emergency.
