Sorry but this is beyond me and yes I have done this for years... just not using the scenario I am in now I dont usually use Premiere but am trying to trouble shoot this, using what I have. The disk is not portected and again, just for the sake of doing it I copied ALL the files first to the drive then into Premiere again the same issue.....if I play the copied files they say they are only 10 or 19 secs but actually play for minutes, and when in Premiere they only show 10 or 19 nseconds on the time line... surely this cant be the first time anyones has encountered this scenario and yes from years of experience I know there is a solution ...just one Im not familiar with so the reason I ask, you guys are very helpful and prompt ...but this seems to stump?????????????
