Okay
well that seemed to kill any dialogue........
I have either asked a question that one one knows the solution to or is
somehow...offended by
putting forward that they do know more of the basics then perhaps understood
this is a program I haven't used in over 10 years and some of the questions
fall outside my remit
which is why I asked
perhaps I am better served by a users group that is a little more....mature? in
its outlook

Its part of CS5
Again regardless ofr the conversion to circumnavigate the import issue, it
doesnt import based on the
criteria suggested... which is why I question is there another method for
conversion that makes importation easier.
Or am I missing something in the mix so again no one has had this 1 frame
scenario before ?
And or why does it play in full length when in a stand alone but only 10 secs
in premiere...
with regards to the I hesiate to give further suggestion because I have a
background in file coinversion and digital video but not Premiere.....really?
I find that odd behavior for a users group

Which version of Prem do you have?
Also, a VOB file is MPEG2 so converting it to mp4 could be a problem.
