Yes.  AutoVault will manage the offsite vaulting of copy pools as well as
primary pools.  To vault your archivals, you would config AutoVault to
manage that particular primary pool.  All media in that primary pool will be
taken offsite.  All other primary pools containing your backup data would
remain onsite.  You would also configure it to manage all your copypools so
copies of all your backup data would be taken offsite.  AutoVault also
vaults full, incremental, and snapshot database backups as well as backup
set media.
